As part of the extensive refurbishment of The Charter Building in Uxbridge, we were appointed to carry out elements of the lighting installation across this 240,000 sq ft design-led office space. Our works supported the fit-out of key areas within the building, including sections of the expansive floorplates and communal zones.

With ceiling heights up to four meters and a striking central atrium, our lighting scope was delivered to complement the building’s modern architecture and high specification standards, contributing to a bright, functional, and welcoming environment for future occupants.
