Drip Tray, 122 Leadenhall St, London EC3V 4AB

At 122 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4AB, famously known as The Cheesegrater, we successfully delivered a significant infrastructure upgrade in the lift motor room. This involved the installation of galvanized drip trays beneath the fan coils, designed to protect critical equipment and enhance the building’s operational reliability.

Our team installed a comprehensive drainage system, integrating the drip trays with newly routed drainage infrastructure to effectively manage water flow and prevent potential damage. The works included isolating fan coils and disconnecting mechanical pumps to facilitate the installation, all completed with minimal disruption to the building’s operations. This project demonstrates our ability to execute complex works efficiently, meeting the high standards expected of such an iconic building.
