At Bakery Place, we were entrusted with the sensitive restoration and conversion of three historic Victorian buildings—The Bake House, The Lodge House, and The Coach House—into a contemporary residential development. This ambitious project combined heritage preservation with modern design, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of both traditional and modern building techniques.
Our scope included extensive reworking of circulation spaces and a strong emphasis on enhancing natural light and amenities within the deep floorplates. By integrating thoughtful design with precision execution, we successfully transformed these historic structures into modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living spaces while respecting their architectural heritage. This project highlights our expertise in delivering complex restoration and conversion works with professionalism and care.
